Services for Robert Chester Nichols, 82, of Pennington, will be held
at 11 a.m. today in the Hwy 287 Church of Christ with Bro. Don
Willis officiating. Burial will follow in Pennington Cemetery,
Pennington, Trinity Co., TX.
Mr. Nichols was born June 14, 1926 in Groveton and died Nov. 18, 2008 in Crockett. He was the son of Earl Lionel Nichols, born 1892 in Texas and died 1936 in Trinity Co., TX and Ola Mae Stutts. Both parents are buried in the Pennington Cemetery, Trinity Co., TX. He was a retired glazier. Survivors: wife, Thelma Lois Hathorne
Nichols; daughter Gloria Cook; sons, Wayne Nichols, Gary Nichols;
