John Taylor; born 2-14-1827 in So. Carolina; died 3-20-1899; burial site of Civil War Veteran.

He volunteered for service in 1862, State of Texas Inf. Co. E. - Gould's Battalion T.C. CSA.

First married to Eliza Diggs and then to Nancy Wicker. A McQueen Infant is buried next to his gravesite.
Researched and submitted for Third Edition by Granddaughter, Mrs. Bertha Holley.
