HEROD FAMILY CEMETERY

Another Herod Cemetery is about two (2) miles further on FM-1283, on the right. It was called the John Collins Place.

There was a picket fence around the plot back in 1977 which sets the area apart at this publication. The graves are unmarked; there is no record as to who was buried there. First check for the Historical Commission in 1977 by Mrs. Carol Herod.
