ROBERT DARLING "Bob" and LINNIE (Owens) YATES Family

ROBERT DARLING "Bob" YATES was the son of William Lafayette Yates and Edna Amelia(Sis) Salter.  He married Linnie Ann Owens.

In the above picture, the son Robert L. had given his brothers a hair cut and he later became a barber in Longview, TX.

The son, Boyd Olan "Bud" Yates (1914-1984) had a long career in law enforcement, serving as a Deputy Sheriff for Sheriff Lloyd Lovell, Crockett, Houston Co., TX in the 1950's and other Sheriff's in the following

 years.
