Hattie Mae Woods was born to the parents of Zacharia 'Zack' and Elizabeth Woods April 16, 1909 in Houston County, TX.  She died April 18, 2008 at the age of 99 years, and 11 days.

Zachariah Woods was the son of Solomon and Margaret Woods.  They appear on the 1880 Houston Co., TX census with Solomon Wood being born March 1850 Louisiana and  Margaret being born in Texas; by the 1900 census, Margaret Woods has died and Solomon is married to a lady named Mrs. Nora.

Siblings of Hattie Mae Woods were:
